2. Purpose of the giveaway
The purpose of this giveaway is to reward ForumShop's followers on Instagram for their loyalty.
3. Geographic scope and participants
These promotions have a European scope, and any contestant who complies with the rules of this competition and is within the European Community can participate.
4. Temporary scope
The period of the promotion will start on 03/12/2020 at 09:00 am and will end on Friday 10/12/2020, at 00:00 am. It will only take place through the Instagram page of ForumShop and under the compliance of the present legal bases.
5. Participants
It is free and voluntary for residents of the European Community over 18 years old, previously registered on the Instagram social network with a single real user and following ForumShop. They must actively participate in the draw according to the mechanics set out in this document. ForumShop employees and direct or indirect collaborators who have been involved in the promotion or printing of the materials corresponding to them, as well as their families in the first degree, are not allowed to participate in the draw.
Should such a circumstance arise, ForumShop will automatically discard these participations. ForumShop is not responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by the participants nor for not being able to contact the participants and/or winners if the data provided is not correct or has errors.
The present promotion aims to ensure that the competition between the different participants is done with equal opportunities and with strict respect for the rules of good faith. For this reason, ForumShop reserves the right to automatically and immediately exclude any participant who violates the rules of good faith, observes a mendacious or inadequate conduct, employs fraudulent means or fails to comply with these Rules in any of its extremes. In case irregularities are detected after the effective delivery of any of the prizes, ForumShop reserves the right to exercise the pertinent legal actions against its author or responsible, among others, those aimed at the return of the prizes.
6. Giveaway
There will be 1 prize of 200 ?: Among all the users who:

2) They give LIKE to the publication of the draw.
3) Mention in a commentary 3 friends.
OPTIONALLY, without being an indispensable requirement, the users who:

The prize is personal and non-transferable.
7. Mechanics of the promotion
From the first day of the promotion and until the last day included, Instagram fans of ForumShop can participate in this draw through Instagram, fulfilling the requirements explained in point 6.
8. Prize
The prize will be 200€ to be redeemed in the ForumShop stores in Palma de Mallorca or in their web https://forumshop.es/ after the contest by means of a coupon.
9. Mechanics of awarding prizes
It will be through the EasyPromos platform, it will be a random draw.
The winner authorises the publication of his/her Instagram name on the social networks of ForumShop. The winner will be notified by a comment on the draw photo and by direct message. If the winner does not comply with the rules of this draw or cannot be located within the time limits of these rules, the prize will be re-drawn among the participants.
The participant must not include comments that attempt or are likely to attempt against morals, ethics, good taste or decorum, or that infringe, violate or violate intellectual or industrial property rights, and we must warn you of the consequences and responsibilities that you may incur if you make an illicit or fraudulent use of them. ForumShop will act immediately upon a complaint or suspicion that intellectual property rights are being infringed, or upon any content that may be considered inappropriate and will proceed to remove it immediately, and may request the permanent blocking of the offending user.
ForumShop declines all responsibility for the consequences that the voluntary, consented and deliberate exhibition by the user of his comments may have on himself, his family, friends and/or relatives, or other third parties, or for the dissemination or exhibition of the same by him or by third parties, or for its reproduction, including on other websites, blogs, social networks or in any other medium, support or mode of digital exploitation or not, online or offline, given that both the publication of comments or the insertion of illustrations and texts, as well as their disclosure or dissemination to third parties, are entirely voluntary, consensual and unsolicited. Therefore, the participant will respond directly, keeping ForumShop harmless, to any claim, complaint or demand from third parties regarding the violation or infringement of possible rights that may arise from the texts or materials that a user has published. All images that do not comply with the "Terms of Use" published in https://forumshop.es/ or do not comply with these rules will be discarded.
10. Contact with the winner
The winner will be contacted on December 11th by means of a commentary in the image of the draw, through stories and by direct message indicating that they have to send an email with their personal data to info@forumshop.es. The winner will have to contact ForumShop within 24 hours in order to communicate with them. If after the day, ForumShop does not get an answer including all the necessary data to make the award, the award will be cancelled. And it will be drawn again among the participants.
In the event that any winner(s) do not respond within the indicated day, ForumShop reserves the right to appoint new winner(s), following the procedure described in this article. In the event that such new winner(s) do not reply either, ForumShop may draw the prize again.
11. Disclaimer of Instagram
Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, or otherwise administer this promotion, nor is it associated with it. The user dissociates himself/herself completely from Instagram, and is aware that he/she is providing his/her information to ForumShop and not to Instagram. The information you provide will only be used to process the participant's entry and to notify the participant of the prize if he/she is a winner. The user dissociates himself/herself completely from Instagram.
12. Taxation
The celebration of the planned draw, as well as the awarding of the prize, is subject to current tax regulations.
13. Acceptance of the rules
The simple participation implies the acceptance of these rules in their entirety and therefore the manifestation, in the sense of not accepting them, will imply the exclusion of the participant and, as a consequence, ForumShop will be released from the fulfilment of the obligation contracted with that participant.
14. Intellectual Property Rights
ForumShop reserves the right to use the name and images of the graced participant for the purpose of advertising in the media it deems appropriate and without the need for explicit notification.
15. Personal data
In accordance with the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data and the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, participants are informed that the personal data they provide will be incorporated into a personal data file, which is the property of the organizing company. Such data will be used and processed, in addition to the purpose of participating in the draw, for research, promotion and marketing of ForumShop services which will include sending commercial communications even by electronic means. 16. Applicable law and competent courts
The law applicable to the present promotional draw is Spanish law, and the competent courts for any conflict or controversy are the Courts of the city of Palma de Mallorca.
