- DEBIT/CREDIT CARD

Forumshop works together with Sabadell Atlántico Bank and Servired to provide maximum security in electronic transactions. The cards accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, 4B, Maestro and American Express among others.

Due to the security systems, Forumshop does not receive the card data. Only the Bank administrator of the payment, in this case Banco Sabadell has access to them.

-BANK TRANSFER

You can select this payment method before to complete your order. Forumshop will send you an e-mail indicating the bank data needed to perform the transfer. You must indicate in the subject your order number. The order will be delivered once the amount is received in our bank. The orders that after three days have not been paid, will be cancelled and the costumers will be noticed by e-mail.

- CASH ON DELIVERY

Spain: this form of paymente has a surcharge of 3% of commission by the transport company, with a minimum of €4.50.

Rest of countries: this form of payment has a surcharge of 1% of commission by the transport company, with a minimum of €14.55.

- TAX FREE

Citizens resident outside the EU, can apply for Tax Free if the amount of orders is more than €90 and if the order has been delivered within Spanish territory.

- INVOICES

You can request your invoice by e-mail at info@forumshop.es

Invoices will not be issued after three months the order date.
