If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a refund, according to the following terms and conditions:

- Send an e-mal to providing: order number, items to be returned and reason why you want to return the products.

- After receiving your request Forumshop will respond you as soon as possible explaining the steps you have to follow to complete the return.

- Once received the return confirmation and instructions, you will have 7 days to carry out the return shipping to our shop. Free return services it's included in orders over 50€ shipped to Iberian peninsula and Balearic Islands. In all the other cases you will pay costs.

- Items must be returned in th original boxes provided with their original security tags and: unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.

- Once the return is received in stor, and the products complies with the returns terms described in the above points; the amount will be refunded on the same payment method as the original payment, within a maximum of 30 days.

Please note that we DON'T returns in these cases:

- The products are not in the same conditions as they were sent.

- The security tag is removed or the product has been handled.

- The return has not been reported to

- Swimwear, lingerie and party ware won't be returned except if it presents any defect.

- Perfumes without proper packaging or original seal.

- Products, which for hygienic reasons, and other exceptions provided by law are not likely to return.

- In case the return doesn't comply with these conditions, we will offer you the option of resorting the items that have not been accepted. You shall pay all expenses generated by this return, including transport.


- Orders over €50 in Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands are free.

- Orders less than €50 in mainland and Balearic Islands: costs will be paid by the customer and deducted from the amount returned. (Approx. cost 7-15€)*

- Rest of the world except EU and Spain:  Rest of the world: shipping and any expenses generated by the return (for example: fees, customs, tariffs, surcharges...) will always be assumed by the customer.

Forumshop will not carry out collections in countries outside the EU.

Therefore, the client will have to manage the shipment by informing about the tracking number of the package. 


If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and then place a new order. You will receive a full refund for the original item, according to our returns terms and conditions.

Once the product is received in store and the default is confirmed, Forumshop will replace the product within 30 days if it is on stock, if there is not available stock for this item, the amount pad will be refund.

Forumshop will pay pick up and delivery cost of the new product. If the default is not confirmed shipment costs will be paid by the customer.

If the Customer is not satisfy when he has received the order, within a maximum period of 14- days from the date of delivery, he has the right to return it in accordance with the conditions that are specified below:

If the Customer wishes to return a product, he must send a notification by email to the following address: in order to proceed with the products pick-up procedure, in the same address of delivery by CUATRIFORUM S.L. through the transport company. The writing communication should include the Customer free own will to exercise the right to return the order; the product details that the Customer wishes to return and the order number as well. After 7 days orders returns will not be accepted.

Any products that the Customer wishes to exchange must still be in its original wrapping with its labeling intact and conveniently packaged in the original box. Once we had received the goods and we previously had checked the conditions of the same ones, we will proceed to reimburse the purchase in the same way the Customer made the payment.

Returns of products will not be accepted in the case that the mentioned product was in different conditions that when the Customer had received it; and if the Customer does not inform CUATRIFORUM S.L. about the returns of the product previously, it will not be accepted either. Returns of party items, accessories, swimwear and lingerie are not accepted (except for defect).

In the case of returns the cost of delivery will not be reimbursed. If the cost of delivery has not been charged because of some offer or special conditions, the cost of the same will be deducted from the refund that has to be made. In addition, the pick-up cost will be on the Customer account (except for defect) that will be discounted to the purchase price. The reimbursement of the product cost will be made by means of the original form of payment or as deposit at the account indicated by the Customer within 30 days of receiving the return.

The right of the order desistance will not be applied to those products that by hygiene issues or another exceptions legally considered are not susceptible to return.

On the assumption that the product was damaged by the transport or in the case that the product was defective, the Customer must contact CUATRIFORUM S.L. on this email address: as soon as possible.

CUATRIFORUM S.L. will take responsibility for paying the pick-up costs and the next delivery of the new product, as long as the products were examined and considered as defective by the Quality Department.

Products returns or exchanges will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date CUATRIFORUM S.L. had sent an email confirmation to the Customer in order to proceed with the return or exchange of the non conforming products.

On the assumption that the product could not be replaced by another exactly the same, the amount paid will be entirely reimbursed to the Customer, included the incurred costs of the product delivery. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or deposit at the account indicated by the Customer within 30 days of receiving the return.
