Woolrich, from the 19th century
Woolrich is a firm with a rich heritage and a fascinating history. The brand's beginnings date back to 1830 when English immigrant John Rich founded a wool factory in Pennsylvania, USA. Its specialisation and recognition came after it was accredited to equip the American expedition to Antarctica in the early 1940s. Due to this mission, Woolrich created one of his most characteristic and appreciated garments: the Arctic Parka.
Woolrich against the cold
The American firm stands out for the exceptional quality, design and innovation of its fabrics. The Woolrich coat collections are made of wool, cotton and leather to ensure maximum comfort and resistance to the cold. Amongst its garments, parka, coats and jackets with a timeless urban aesthetic with a classic American air are predominant.
