- Free shipping for orders over 50€ in Iberian Peninsula and Balearic Islands.

For all the orders shipped to Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands and NON EU countries import duty is not included in the prices you see online. You may have to pay import duties to your customs authorities upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority.

Forumshop takes the commitment to deliver the products in perfect condition and at the address indicated by the client in the order.

In order to optimise deliveries, we recommend the customer to indicate a direction in which the order can be delivered within the regular working hours.

Forumshop will not be responsible for the errors caused in the delivery when the shipping address entered by the client in the order form does not conform to reality or has been omitted.

- Standard service - mail service

However these shipping times may vary depending on the internal distribution of our products, local holidays or delays caused by the transport company.

Within a maximum of 3 workind days from your purchase, Forumshop will send an e-mail to the customer informing that the order has been delivered from the store. Providing also the shipping number to track the order and the shipping company's phone number, so in case of any inconvenience the customer can contact directly the carrier to resolve it.



Once the customer receives the order confirmation, it will be able to pick it up in any of our stores. It will be necessary showing the ID of the person whom collects the products and also the order number confirmation.
